Product Description

Components of the Door:
- Comprised mainly of curtain fabric, bead, guide rail, lower lintel, curtain fabric fixing frame, upper curtain fabric fixing frame, main engine lifting mechanism, rope pulley, safety protection device (anti-falling device), control system, and other related components.
Sealing and Insulation:
- The inner and outer sides of the lintel beneath the gate are sealed with fabric, ensuring effective sealing and heat insulation when the gate is closed.
- A windproof fixing device at the bottom of the gate prevents dust infiltration from outside.
Control Mechanism and System Features:
- Controlled through a specialized control box and a button box, the door operates efficiently.
- The control system includes a door body stroke and limit detection program for real-time monitoring of the door body limit.
Operation and Safety Features:
- Pressing the door open button activates the corresponding reducer to rotate.
- A moving steel rope pulls up the door, causing the lintel at the lower part of the body to move along the guide rail, facilitating folding of the curtain.
- A limit switch automatically halts door movement once fully opened.
- The door can be stopped at any height during operation due to its jog-type running.
- In emergencies, pressing the “emergency stop” button cuts power, halting door operation. Additionally, a sound and light alarm device alerts attention during the opening and closing process.
- Passage of people and vehicles during door operation is strictly prohibited.
